We store your email and profile name for your account. A reading request includes your name, email, chosen language, question and, where necessary, birth details. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Account and request records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and managed through the authorised Recoup panel. Submitting a request saves a record in your account; it does not take payment or automatically send a reading report.

Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage and Turnstile protection. Google is used if you choose Google sign-in. Resend delivers email verification codes. These providers process the data needed to perform their respective services. We do not sell your request data.

Account, security and request records are used to provide the service and handle support. You can ask about the information held, its retention or deletion by contacting moonveiltarot777@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations.

You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to moonveiltarot777@gmail.com. You can use email verification without a Google or ChatGPT account. Optional analytics can be rejected without preventing use of the site.

Essential settings support sessions and language. Google Analytics runs only with your permission, which you can withdraw in cookie preferences. Form contents and account details are not sent to analytics.
