This policy explains how Moonveil Tarot 777, operated by Recoup Bilişim, handles information when you use this website, create an account or request a personal reading.
Information we collect
- Account details such as your email address, display name and sign-in provider identifier.
- Information you choose to submit for a reading, such as your question, language preference and relevant birth details.
- Security and service records needed to prevent abuse, maintain sessions and diagnose errors. Raw IP addresses are not stored for the daily-card limit; a short-lived keyed fingerprint is used instead.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide requested features, prepare and respond to reading requests, protect the service, maintain records and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and database services; Google for optional Google sign-in; Resend for transactional sign-in emails; and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics also provides technical visit and performance measurements. These providers process limited information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, one-time codes, secure session cookies and abuse controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may use email sign-in instead of Google sign-in. You may request access, correction or deletion of your membership and submitted information, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
Cookies
Essential cookies are used to keep you signed in and protect account functions. Language preferences may be stored in your browser. We do not use these essential mechanisms for advertising.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages. Google processes browser and device information, page visits and a cookie-based identifier; processing may take place outside your country. Analytics is managed by Recoup Bilişim. We do not load the Analytics tag before you agree, and declining does not prevent you from using the site.
We do not send reading questions, birth details, email addresses, account identifiers or order details to Analytics. Sign-in, account, checkout and administration pages are excluded. URL query parameters and fragments are removed and the referring page address is not sent. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled.
You can accept or reject analytics, or withdraw permission, using Cookie settings at the bottom of the screen. We remember this choice for up to 180 days. When you withdraw permission, we stop further measurement and remove accessible Analytics cookies; this does not automatically delete data already processed by Google. Google privacy information.
